Terms of Service
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Provalytics LLC, doing business as Yomli ("Yomli," "we," "us"). They govern your use of yomli.ai, app.yomli.ai, and the texts, calls and emails that are part of the Yomli service (together, the "Service"). By requesting early access, creating an account, starting a trial, subscribing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. What Yomli does
Yomli learns about your work through a short interview call, a monthly check-in and your replies, then sends you a draft LinkedIn post each weekday, usually tied to that day's news in your field. You can approve, edit or skip each draft. Nothing is published until you approve it. Yomli may also publish a public expert page built from posts you approved (section 10).
3. Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 18 and use Yomli for your own professional purposes.
- Give us accurate information and keep it up to date, including your mobile number.
- Your account is for you alone. Keep your login details safe, and tell us right away at help@yomli.ai if you think someone else has used your account.
4. Early access and invitations
While Yomli is in early access, we may limit new accounts to people we invite. Requesting early access doesn't guarantee an invitation. Invite links are for the person they were sent to, may expire, and may be used a limited number of times.
5. Plans, free trial and billing
- Price. Yomli is a monthly subscription. The price shown when you subscribe is the price you pay, plus any applicable taxes.
- Free trial. New members get 7 days free, starting when we send your first draft. We'll text you the date billing starts. Unless you cancel before then, your subscription continues as a paid subscription and the payment method you gave is charged at the start of each monthly billing period.
- Setup. If you skip the interview call and don't give us enough about yourself to write a first draft, we may cancel your subscription at no charge after reminding you.
- Founding members. If you join through a founding-member invitation, the terms in that invitation apply: no payment method is needed to start, your free months begin with your first draft, and then the founding rate applies for as long as your subscription stays active. If you haven't added a payment method when the free months end, your subscription pauses until you do.
- Renewal. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe on our behalf.
- Price changes. If we change the price of your plan, we'll tell you at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal. If you don't agree, you can cancel before then.
6. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from Billing in your account, or by emailing help@yomli.ai. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep the Service until the end of the period you've paid for. When you cancel, you can choose to keep your expert page live on a lower-priced plan, or to have your account and information deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Refunds
- First charge: you can ask for a refund within 7 days of your first paid charge after your trial.
- Later charges are generally non-refundable, but we'll look at exceptions.
- To ask, email help@yomli.ai from your account email with the reason. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
If you have a billing problem, please contact us before disputing a charge. A chargeback may pause your access while we look into it.
8. Texts and calls
- By giving us your mobile number and agreeing at sign-up, you agree to receive texts and calls from Yomli at that number, including automated texts and calls from our AI interviewer. Consent isn't a condition of any purchase.
- Texts include your weekday drafts and account messages such as verification codes, call reminders and billing notices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to stop texts, START to restart them, and HELP for help. Stopping texts doesn't cancel your subscription: we'll send your drafts by email instead, and you can cancel as described in section 6.
- Calls are recorded. Our AI interviewer tells you at the start of every call that it is an AI and that the call is recorded. Voicemails left on our phone line are also recorded. You agree to this recording.
- If you change or give up your mobile number, update it in your account so texts don't go to someone else.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Posting to LinkedIn
- When you connect LinkedIn, you authorize Yomli to publish to your LinkedIn profile, and to company pages you choose, the posts you approve, by replying 1 or approving on the edit page. We don't publish anything you haven't approved.
- You are responsible for what you approve, and for following LinkedIn's User Agreement and policies.
- Yomli is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by LinkedIn. LinkedIn may change or limit how its service works with Yomli, and we're not responsible for LinkedIn's decisions, such as removing a post or restricting an account.
10. Your expert page
If your plan includes a public expert page and you keep it on, you authorize us to publish your name, bio, a link to your LinkedIn profile and summaries of posts you approved, where search engines and AI assistants can find them. You can turn the page off or hide a post at any time. We don't promise any particular search ranking, mention by an AI assistant, or number of visitors.
11. Your content
- You own your content: what you tell us, your interview answers, and the posts you approve.
- You give Yomli a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, process and adapt your content only to provide and improve the Service for you. That includes sending it to the providers that help run the Service, publishing posts you approve, and showing your expert page while it's on. The license ends when your content is deleted, except for copies we must keep by law.
- You confirm you have the right to share what you give us. Don't share anything confidential that you're not allowed to share, and don't tell us personal details about others without their permission.
- If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without owing you anything.
12. AI-written drafts
Drafts are written with AI from your information and public news. They can contain mistakes, misread a news story, or resemble text written for others. Read every draft before you approve it, and check any facts, figures and claims. Drafts are not professional, legal, financial or medical advice. We don't promise any particular result, such as engagement, followers, leads or business.
13. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- publish anything unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, deceptive or infringing, or that breaks LinkedIn's rules;
- impersonate anyone or misrepresent who you work for;
- send spam, or collect other people's personal information without permission;
- reverse engineer, copy or resell the Service, or try to get its source code;
- interfere with the Service, get around its limits or security, or access it with automated tools in a way that puts unreasonable load on it.
14. Our property
The Service, including its software, design and the Yomli name and logo, belongs to Provalytics LLC. These Terms don't give you any right to them except to use the Service as described here.
15. Other services
The Service works with other companies' services, such as LinkedIn, Google, Stripe, our phone and text providers and AI model providers. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we're not responsible for them.
16. Changes to the Service
We may change, suspend or stop any part of the Service. If we stop the Service entirely, we'll give you reasonable notice and refund any prepaid period you haven't used. We work to keep Yomli reliable but don't guarantee it will always be available or free of errors.
17. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
18. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Yomli and its owners, officers, employees and partners won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service won't be more than what you paid us for the Service in the 3 months before the event that led to the claim.
19. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Yomli against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from content you approve or provide, or from your breaking these Terms or the law.
20. Ending your use
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if we must to comply with the law, or to protect the Service or others. Sections 7, 11, 12 and 14 to 22 continue to apply after your use ends.
21. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire, unless the law requires otherwise.
22. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and tell you by email or text before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, the new Terms apply.
